Grounding on MotherEarth.
While studying physiology and physics at University, I couldn’t help but relate anatomical terms “palmar and plantar” to my idea of grounding in nature. There is nothing more uplifting than a jog by the beach, a sweaty stretch in the desert or catching the spark of red light admitted during sunset.
Natural healing properties are all around us, by planting our feet, and resting our palms in nature we are slowing down to open ourselves to the powerful transforming energy of our planet.
A free grounding exercise helping us to become closer to PachaMama.

Hit the Trail.
Get outside! Keep it simple and get to know your local trails or plan that one road trip you’ve seen on social. I like to use AllTrails to help me find the closest trail to me.
Grab a friend.
Movement with friends is motivating, challenging and fun. Invite your mom, best friend or walk with your furry friend. Sometimes listening to my favorite podcast helps keep me moving.
